Throughout his many years, he has gained experience supporting people with different challenges, and he describes it as ”most rewarding” and is the author of “A Simple Guide to Mental Wellness.”

On his free time, Eddie enjoys watching all his Pittsburgh Penguins, Pirates, and Steelers play. He often goes camping with his family to enjoy a change of scenery and relax. Eddie attributes his success to his dad

Mercedes Quintana, LAADC-CA, NTP, MS in Addiction Counseling

Mercedes graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Master’s degree in Addiction Counseling. As she noticed her own digestive symptoms recurring and no answers from conventional medicine. Mercedes sought out nutritional therapy and experienced the benefits of Nourishing Traditions. And the work of Dr. Weston A. Price. Mercedes finally experienced relief by finding the root cause, and as a result pursued a certification as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. She is a holistic nutrition blogger, and manages her Wellness and Holistic Nutrition Blog.

Mercedes works with clients addressing foundational gut issues that support nutrient absorption. Her passion for the Weston A Price principles influences her work with children, teens, and adults. Mercedes provides education on how to prepare food the traditional way, while also blending in a realistic need for convenience. She is passionate about supporting families in providing nutrient-dense foods to support overall health, including eczema, immune system support, behavioral concerns, and even fatigue.

Mercedes’ favorite nutrient-dense food is eggs; she will test any eggs benedict dish! She enjoys camping with her family and playing outdoor games in her free time. She loves supporting local Temecula Valley farmers for fresh produce, dairy, and meats.
